‘Thank You’ stickers support RCN Foundation

A fundraising initiative in Northern Ireland to thank and support frontline NHS and health care support workers has enabled a £10,000 donation to the RCN Foundation.  

Sam McClean from Signlink and Phil Hamilton from 365 Taxis together launched an amazing initiative at the start of May to support frontline health care  staff, selling Thank You balloon stickerswith 100% of the proceeds going to charities. Demand for their Thank You NHS and frontline healthcare staff stickers has  grown in recent weeks  and, to date, this initiative has raised £100,000.  

Deepa Korea, Foundation Director said: ‘We’d like to thank Phil and Sam for their generous donation of £10,000 to the RCN Foundation COVID-19 Support Fund, which will help to ensure that nurses, midwives and healthcare support workers in Northern Ireland and across the UK, receive the psychological and mental health and wellbeing support that they need both during and after this COVID-19 crisis’.
